Parent-professional partnership empowering the Mother for better home training.

Parent Infant & Pre-School Program taking care of the critical age concept (0 to 5 years).

Preparation for integrated and out patient special education, vocational training and day care program.

Special facilities to IED, Inclusion, Higher Education & Higher Vocational Education through Open School System (SOS, NOS, IGNOU).

Reaching uncompromised service and training to the unreached, reducing urban-rural gap. SHIRC has 3 such centers and 7 other collaborated centers.

Human Resource Development. Trains teachers & other allied professionals under RCI.

Action Research, developing modules & replicating modules on larger groups.

Inculcating composite rehabilitation in rural areas.
